1) The laptop itself!


2) Battery and  AC Charger (110V-240v)


3) Full Back up disk in case anything goes wrong with your software and you want to do a fresh install (including Driver and Operating system Disk) (the system will also come with Dell factory Restore software pre-installed, this will allow you do restore the system to its factory settings with out installing any software


4) An VAT invoice with all your details and our details for your records (this will be sent to your email you have with ebay)


5) Online Manual. The latest versions can be viewed or downloaded directly from here

6) Dell use a service tag (serial no.) attached to the base of the system, we will need you to email us that along with your details to transfer the warranty into your name with Dell
